On the job development (OJD): Every Supervisor is responsible for developing his subordinates by coaching and giving appropriate feedback on the job.
Class Room Training : Specific needs that can not be covered through OJD will be supplemented through classroom sessions. These are not simply lecture sessions but also connected to practical implementation.
