TYPES OF JOINTS: 1. Immovable joint = fixed joint, no movement (skull)

2. Pivot joint = side to side, up and down

(neck)

3. Ball-and-socket joint = circular motion (shoulder, hip)

4. Hinge joint = forwards and backwards (knee, elbow)
