TORO BRAVO SHIRAZ GARNACHA DO MANCHUELA

GRAPE VARIETAL: 60% Shiraz40% Garnacha

ORIGIN : DO MANCHUELA– SPAIN CURRENT VINTAGE: 2020 ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%

VINEYARD: 8-900 metres altitude, sustainable farmingmethods, nutrient-poor, scarce rainfall and high contrast oftemperature at night.

VINIFICATION:Syrah and Garnacha grapes are harvested during the freshhours of the night to avoid oxidation. The musts are directlypressed ensuring the minimum contact of skins and juice. Thefermentation is conducted between 14-16°C. The wines arethen kept in stainless steel tanks until they are ready forbottling.

TASTING NOTES:A delicate, fresh rose with crisp notes of grapefruit and citrus.The color is delicate and pale. The nose is complemented byraspberries and floral notes on the palate. The acidity andbalance of sweetness complete this mouthwatering and juicylight-bodied rose.

FOOD PAIRING:This dry rosé wine makes a perfect companion to serve withrice and pasta dishes, grilled seafood and fish, spicy food, afresh summer salad as well as cheese. To be enjoyed with foodor simply on its own.
