    TOTORO CREAM PUFF RECIPE

    Ingredients:

    pte choux pastry:

    150ml Water

    100ml Milk125g Unsalted butter

    150g lain !lour

    " medium si#ed eggs

    1 tbsp sugar

    500ml milk

    " egg yolks

    120g caster sugar

    " tbsp cornstarch1 tsp butter

    1 tsp &anilla extract

    Method:

    1( )n a mixing bo*l+ add egg yolks+ 100ml milk+ sugar+ cornstarch and &anilla extract in

    a bo*l(

    2( ,eat the remaining "00ml milk to a scald in a saucepan( our the milk into mixture in

    step 1+ *hisking continuously as you pour( -nce incorporated+ pour e&erything back

    into the saucepan(
