Remark
• All real estate companies desiring to get a permit for real estate advertising shall adhere to the following remarks:
• The advertisement shall be in Arabic and English except for the ads in foreign newspapers which shall be posted in English only.
•
• Advertisements for off-plan sale of projects shall mention the name of the Developer, Escrow Account number, the date expected for project completion and the proposed services fees.
•
• Regarding the real estate brokers, the Telephone numbers of the broker and the Office shall be mentioned in the advertisement. Those telephone numbers shall be approved by RERA.
•
• The particulars mentioned in the Ad shall be factual and logical such as: real estate location/ real estate specifications/ real estate value/ any facilities or features related to the Marketing process in the Advertisement.
•
• It is not allowed to exploit the names of other Developers or projects which do not relate to the company posting the Ad.
•
• The Ad shall not include any data which is in breach to real estate laws or circulars
•
• It is required to mention Real Estate Permit number in the Advertisement.
