Welcome to the inaugural St Peter’s Girls’ Foundation Long Lunch, a Greek Odyssey of wonderful food and refreshments in this amazing setting of our School grounds.
Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, suppliers and community members, 100% of proceeds from today’s event will help fund vital School projects. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with our amazing and very generous community members to make this day a reality.

SILENT AUCTION RULESSilent Auction items may be viewed from 12:00pm on the day of the lunch. Pre-bids can be made prior to and leading up to the lunch by emailing Melissa Westgate, Foundation Manager at mwestgate@stpetersgirls.sa.edu.au with the item #, your contact details (including email and mobile number) and your bid. On the day of the lunch, all items in the silent auction will have bid sheets attached or fixed nearby. Persons desiring to bid shall clearly mark their full name, table number, mobile # and the amount bid on the sheet.If there is a ‘Reserve Price’ listed, the first bidder must start their bidding at or above the designated ‘Reserve’. Under no circumstances may bidding sheets be removed from the bidding
table. Each new or subsequent bid shall be clearly written on the next available line on the bid sheet. Each increase on the bid sheet must exceed the previous figure stated by $10 in order to constitute a valid bid.The Auctioneers give no warranty on items offered and there will be no exchange or refund on any item by the Auctioneers or the donor. The highest bid for each and any item shall be the successful bid.The Silent Auction will close at 3:45pm and no bids will be accepted after this time.In the event of any dispute, the Silent Auction Supervisor has final authority and determines the winning bidder by underlining the last bid.Values indicated alongside the item description shall be regarded as recommended retail or estimated, and are not warranteed by the Auctioneer or Foundation.Items may only be removed on presentation of a receipt.All goods must be removed on the day of the Auction unless previously arranged. The successful bidders shall be responsible for any freight costs associated with the delivery of items.The Purchaser shall be liable for all costs incurred by the Auctioneer or Foundation should items not be collected on time.

AUCTIONEER NOTESIt is an offence under the Licensing Act for a person under the age of eighteen years to purchase liquor and, accordingly, bids from minors will not be accepted. The Auctioneers are unable to warranty the soundness of any wine.
PAYMENT RULESThe successful purchaser shall make full payment during the day by cash, Eftpos, MasterCard or Visa.Payment must be made in full on the day of the Auction unless special arrangements are made with the Auctioneer or Foundation.
Silent Auction bidders shall make full payment for items purchased in the Silent Auction as soon as possible between 3:45pm – 5pm, as this will save queuing.Payment for other items shall take place after the Main Auction.
COLLECTIONItems will only be released on presentation of a receipt.Silent Auction items may be collected once paid for.
