Columbia Crossing River Trails Center Columbia Crossing River Trails Center is the perfect place to find maps and information about all the hiking, biking, and paddling activities you can do in the Susquehanna Riverlands. Plus, enjoy rotating exhibits in the Center featuring local art, history, and nature. Nearby businesses include Chiques Rock Outfitters and Bootleg Antiques.
Wright’s Ferry Mansion Wright’s Ferry Mansion, where frontier woman and poet Susanna Wright lived, is the best place to learn about early America in the pre-Revolutionary War era. Columbia Trolley Works is a collaborative service between
Susquehanna Heritage and the Borough of Columbia.
INTRODUCING THE COLUMBIA TROLLEY WORKS
There’s no better way to see the sights of Columbia than by trolley. Columbia Trolley Works is a fun and free way to travel the town’s favorite destinations. Our trolley car features ornamental wooden seating, a cheerful red exterior, and a bicycle rack. We’ve laid out the perfect route—a 30-minute loop that includes 11 stops at some of our town’s most historic and fun sites. On warm days, the trolley has an open-air atmosphere. During your trip, your guide will point out historic sites, restaurants, and must-visit attractions.
Hop on and off wherever your heart desires. Enjoy a day in a historic town traveling the good-old-fashioned way.
National Watch & Clock Museum National Watch & Clock Museum is recognized as the largest and most comprehensive horological collection in North America. Interactive, child-friendly elements are great for families.
Third & Walnut Third & Walnut offers locally crafted beer and 24,000 square feet of antiques. It’s a great place to start your quest through the downtown area. Nearby businesses include Burning Bridge Antiques, Columbia Kettle Works, Rocky’s BBQ , Stover’s News Agency, and Tollbooth Antiques.
Susquehanna Valley Visitor Center Susquehanna Valley Visitor Center is the best place to find information for accom- modations, attractions, and businesses in the river towns of Columbia, Wrightsville, and Marietta. Zion Hill Cemetery is a nearby historic site.
