Tai Chi Chuan, Quigong, Sword Dancing Mondays | 6:00PM - 7:00PM
A low impact, weight-bearing, aerobic, strength-bearing exercise that is known to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and immune function, while reducing pain, fatigue, and blood
pressure.
Shape Up NYC: Core Fusion Tuesdays | 6:30PM - 7:30PM
This workout will combine cardio, strength and sculpting moves while strengthening your core! There is a little some-
thing for everyone, followed by a relaxing yoga infused stretch. This instructor is a part of the Fitness Instructor Training Pro-
gram.
NEW: Shape Up NYC: Zumba Tuesdays | 7:30PM - 8:30PM
Zumba uses Latin rhythms & easy to follow moves to create a fitness program with a party-like atmosphere that will blow you away. Fast & Slow rhythms to tone & sculpt your body.
Burn over 500 calories an hour!
Yoga For All Thursdays | 6:30PM - 7:30PM
Learn to cultivate strength, flexibility and relaxation as a way to reduce your stress and promote mindfulness in your everyday
life.
Shape Up NYC: Cardio Sculpt Saturdays | 10:00AM - 11:00AM
Informed by the latest finding in exercise science and function-al exercises, instructors focus on strengthening and fine tuning major muscle groups. This instructor is part of the NYC Parks
Fitness Instructor Training Program.
