5. Click on Uninstall

6. Wait for the installation to complete

7. Click on Finish

  Re-install Firefox 11  

1. Launch the following URL using Internet Explorer or other browsers: http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/11.0/win32/en-US/

2. Click on Firefox Setup 11.0.exe

3. Click on Run

4. Wait for the download to complete

5. Click on Run

6. Wait for the extraction to be completed

7. Click on Next >

8. Select Standard and Click on Next >

10. Wait for the installation to be completed

12. Once Firefox 11 is launched, click on Firefox (on the top left) > Select Options

13. Select Advanced > select ‘Update’ tab

14. Select Never check for updates, then click on OK
