1. Transfer Er. NEITELO KOZA, SDO Chozuba to SDO Pfutsero in place of Er.
NEILHOUKHOLIE CHIELIE, SDO Pfutsero transferred.
2. Authorize Er. THUVOKHWUYI, JE, Chozuba to take Current Charge of SDO
Chozuba in place of Er. NEITELO KOZA, SDO Chozuba transferred.

Nagaland is pleased to Promote Shri Ghotokhu, Spl Gr. DB to the post of PA to DC under the
establishment of Deputy Commissioner, Zunheboto (Class II Gazetted) in the Level-12 of the
Pay Matrix with all other allowances as are admissible under the rules in force from time to time
in Nagaland with effect from 06/11/19.

NO.UDD/ESTT-52/07 :: The Governor of Nagaland is pleased to order permanent
upgradation Of 1 (one) post of UDA (Directorate) presently help by Smti. Neilaphrenuo to
that of Assistant Superintendent (Class –II gazetted) alongwith the incumbent under the
Directorate of Urban Development in the Pay Level 11 ( 40800-129200 ) plus all other
allowances as are admissible under rules from time to time w.e.f the date of the approval of
the Cabinet i.e. 19.010.2019.
2. This issues with the approval of P&AR Department vide their U.O. No.539, dated
17.09.2018, Finance Department vide RFC/ESTT. No.36/05, dated 10.12.2018 and approval
of Cabinet vide NO.CAB-2/2013(Pt) dated 19.10.2019. Sd/-

No.AR-3/GEN-9/97 (Pt) :: In pursuance of Section 22 of the Rights of Persons with
Disabilities Act.2016 all the Administrative Head of Departments/Head of Departments are
requested to comply with the provision of the section which is reproduced below as follows:-
“Section 22. (1) Every establishment shall maintain records of the persons with disabilities
in relation to the matter of employment, facilities provided and other necessary information in
compliance with the provisions of this Chapter in such form and manner as may be
prescribed by the Central Government.
(2) Every employment exchange shall maintain records of persons with
disabilities seeking employment.
(3) The records maintained under sub-section (1) shall be open to inspection at
all reasonable hours by such persons as may be authorised in their behalf by the appropriate
Government.’’
