University of Miami Application Guide

U.S. Bank Application Steps

1. Log on to https://access.usbank.com using the usernameand password provided by the Corporate Cards Office.

2. Click on Account Administration.

3. Complete your required contact information. PleaseInclude your e-mail address.

4. Enter your C-Number (UMID) in the Optional 2 field.

5. If you have a designee, enter your Designee’s name in the Optional 1 field.

6. Save your application.

Logging On

Enter UMIAMI as the Organization Short

Name

Enter the username and password you received from the UM Corporate Cards office.

Access the Application

Click on Account Administration to access

the application

Enter your personal information

Select Standard Traveler

Enter your first name and last name

Enter your Social Security Number and date of birth

Leave the Identification Number Blank

Enter your personal information

Enter your Designee’s name in Optional 1 field, if

applicable

Enter your UMID (C-Number) in

Optional 2 field.

Enter your personal (home) mailing address

Enter your personal information and select File For Later

Enter your work phone number and e-mail address

Click on Log Out when finished

Thank you for submitting your application!
