CLEANING RECOMMENDATIONS
Your furniture should be cleaned with a mild, non-acidic, non-abrasive detergent and soft cloth. Finish by cleaning off detergents with a soft slightly damp cloth and towel dry. Always clean spills and water immediately. It is important that the cleaning instructions for your solid surface basin are not carried out on the vanity as this will scratch the finish.
Damage caused by any improper treatment is not covered by the product warranty – refer to Warranty Conditions.

VENICE CABINET INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
NO claims for damages / defects will be recognised after installation.
Prior to installation it is important to unpack and inspect your products to ensure no damage has occurred in transit and that the product IS CORRECT.If damage has occurred, or a visible defect exists, do not proceed with installation and contact supplier IMMEDIATELY.
If the wall the cabinet is being installed on is not square the cabinet may twist and drawers may not work efficiently. Use packers to ensure cabinet is square if wall is not square.
Venice cabinets are not designed to be positioned in a corner or flush between two walls. If this is unavoidable, the installer is to determine appropriate distance from adjacent wall.
Read all instructions beforehand. Pay particular attention to locations of plumbing, brackets and measuring up for these.
Step 1. Remove drawer/s from cabinet before installation. a. Squeeze orange handles on locking devices. See figure 1*. b. Pull drawer straight out and up**.
*Drawer component appearance may vary from illustration
**Drawer installation and operation is adjusted and tested before leaving factory. If further adjustment is required after installation it is the responsibility of the installer. Care must be taken when removing and reinstalling drawer to prevent damage to any part of the cabinet.
Step 2. Using appropriate fixings*, secure brackets to wall so they are level and at correct spacing for cabinet. See figure 2.*It is the responsibility of the installer to select appropriate fixing materials.

Step 3. Rough in plumbing from wall according to basin configuration ie. Left / right / centre / double Figure 3 shows dimensions of cut outs in each cabinet rear.
See figure 3 - 5 for VENICE 450 & 700 BASIN plumbing locations only.
Important note: For basins other than Venice, the installer MUST refer to individual basin details as these vary according to basin and components such as wastes and microtraps selected. Tapholes are not recommended on timber cabinets as water damage will not be covered by warranty.
Figure 3 cut out centres do not always correspond to plumbing centres.
Ensure that basin and plumbing components are temporarily assembled to cabinet first to determine exact vertical and horizontal plumbing out position at wall.
Also assemble and check drawer clearance to microtrap.
For VENICE 450 & 700 BASIN plumbing locations only, see figure 4 and figure 5.
VENICE BASINS horizontal plumbing positions correspond with centre positions of relevant cut outs shown in figure 3.

Step 4. With drawer removed, slide cabinet onto brackets into position. Ensure cabinet back is positioned hard against the wall and it is square and level. See figure 6. It is recommended that the vanity be sealed along the edges that meet the wall around the top using a good quality bathroom silicone.
Step 5. Fasten cabinet to brackets on underside of top using fasteners supplied. Fix the bottom corners of the cabinet to the wall at the inside rear of the cabinet. Use additional fixings for support if required.* See figure 7.
* If the wall is not square, packers mush be used to ensure the cabinet does not become twisted. If the wall is not level vertically and horizontally the drawers may not be aligned or operate properly. It is the responsibility of the installer to select appropriate wall fixings.
