Purpose: Influence and shape governance and development lines of effort and operations with Afghan Ministries and US Agencies IOT to support and help achieve CFSOCC CG’s priorities, goals and objectives. Ensure that CFSOCC-A and CJSOTF-A governance and development requirements regarding Village Stability Operations and Afghan Local Police are accomplished.

Key Tasks:•Leverage a national network thru ISAF, GIRoA Non-security Ministries(MRRD, IDLG, MoE), NGOs, and Interagency-partners to provide a capacity urgently needed in rural areas to effectively integrate governance, development, and security programs

•Bridge the gap between VSO/ALP requirements in rural areas and Afghan, International and US National stakeholder capabilities in Kabul

•Facilitate CIV-MIL interaction through ISAF and GIRoA entities by supporting senior leader decision-making and help focus and prioritize ISAF and GIRoA support to VSO efforts in specified areas

MISSION: The Village Stability Coordination Center (VSCC) synchronizes and coordinates Village Stability Operations in support of Regional Commanders and in accordance with COMCJSOTF-A VSO policy and guidance.

PURPOSE: The Provincial Augmentation Team coordinates Development, Governance and other directed issues on behalf of DATs. PATs connect VSPs and districts to the Provincial line Ministries, and coordinates with the BSO, PRT, the Interagency and all other stakeholders.

KEY TASKS: • Establish rapport with governance and

development stakeholders, coordinate on behalf of DATs

programs• Provide key atmospherics within the PRT and

GIRoA for all SOF Commanders• Facilitate ALP pay processes using the Ministry
