INTRODUCTIONToday we are telling about some vitamins. Vitamins are necessary for our body. Vitamins give strength to our body. If lack of vitamins in our body, we fall sick.

VITAMIN AIt is found from milk, egg and carrot.

VITAMIN B1

It is found from cashews, red meats, and yeast.

VITAMIN B2

It is found from eggs, fruits, and dairy products.

VITAMIN B3

It is found from fish and potato.

VITAMIN B6

It is found from banana, tomato, and fish.

VITAMIN BIt is found from milk, fish, beans, chicken, and nuts.

VITAMIN CIt is found from green vegetables, fruits, lemon, and curd (yogurt).

VITAMIN DIt is found from green vegetables and also get from sunlight.

VITAMIN EIt is found from wheat bread, egg yolk, and sunflower seeds.

VITAMIN KIt is found from green vegetables like spinach.

IRONIt is found from meat, spinach, prune, and beans.

CALCIUMIt is found from milk, yogurt, and tofu.

CONCLUSIONVitamin deficiency leads to night blindness, fatigue, loss of appetite, anemia, and more. Finally, we should keep in mind that we eat a healthy and a balance diet.
