1.StartRecording• InNormalview,selecttheslidethatyouwanttostartthe

recordingon• Select:SlideShow>RecordSlideShow>StartRecording

FromBeginning(or“fromCurrentSlide”ifresumingarecording).

• ClickonStartRecordingbuttonandbeginpresenting.• Ifyouwanttotakeabreakinbetweenyoucanclickonthe

pausebutton.

• Toresumerecordingclick“pause”again.• Clickthe“X”ontherecordingcontrolorpressEsc keyon

keyboardtoendrecording.

2.EditRecordingWhenyoureturntoyourPowerPointpresentation,youwillseethateachslidehasalittleaudioiconthatrepresentstherecordingforthatparticularslide.Note:Youcaneditaudioofeachslideseparately.

Tore-recordtheaudioonasingleslide…• Selecttheaudioicon onthatparticularslide,thenhitthedelete

keytoremovetheaudio.• Thenstartrecordingaspertheinstructions(1),butthistimeselect

“StartrecordingfromCurrentSlide”.

Whenfinishedre-recording,click“x”orpressEsconyourkeyboardtoendtherecording.

3.Saveyourpresentationasvideo

Thefinalstepistosaveyourpresentation.YoucaneithersaveitasPowerPoint(.pptx)fileorvideo(.mp4)file.
