For the period October 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021, the Wisconsin
Department of Administration has set the EIF market rate for loans that have
a final maturity:
• of 20 years or less at 2.700%.
• greater than 20 years but less than or equal to 30 years at 2.90%.
The rate applied to each loan is a percentage of the market rate in effect at
the time of the municipal meeting at which resolutions approving municipal
obligations are passed and bond-related documents and Financial Assistance
Agreements are signed/executed. Learn about the market and interest rates,

CWFP PF Application Deadline Thursday, September 30, 2021 is the deadline for Clean Water Fund
Program financial assistance applications if competing for principal for-
giveness (PF) in State Fiscal Year 2022. Read “September 30th Deadline
for SFY 22 CWFP PF Applications” in E-Bulletin Volume 10, Issue 07, for
more information.
SFY 2023 ITA and PERF Deadline For State Fiscal Year 2023 funding, you must submit your notice of Intent
to Apply with Priority Evaluation and Ranking Formula information through
the online system on or before the November 1, 2021 deadline. Read
“SFY 2023 ITAs and PERFs” and “Helpful Tips for Completing Your ITA and
PERF” in E-Bulletin Volume 10, Issue 07, for more information.
2022 LSL PERFs and Applications The Lead Service Line Priority Ranking Form (PERF) and the Application
(which also serves as the ITA) are being updated for 2022 and will be
available prior to the November 15, 2021 deadline. This deadline may
be moved into December. More information to come soon.
