Warwick Estates are consistently chosen by leaseholders to manage their developments. We can safely say that we are the agent of choice for leaseholders once they become Directors of their respective Residential Management Companies. For this reason we are keen to begin management of developments from the outset, thereby saving leaseholders the need to become disillusioned with the service of other managing agents and carry out a lengthy tender or right to manage process.

We are confident in the service levels we provide to our customers because we take steps to ensure that our employees have the time, resource and expertise to effectively and pro-actively manage their developments.

WeWe limit our Property Manager’s portfolios to a maximum of 15 developments and they also have the benefit of a dedicated office based assistant. This ensures there are always two employees available for property owners to contact who know the developments inside out.

We constantly look to innovate and invest in the latest technology to improve our service delivery. We are currently working on a bespoke site visit application to allow our Property Managers to produce beautiful, informative reports on the move. This will run alongside our bespoke property management operating system that provides clients 24/7 real-time access to their account details and company financial information.

AllAll of our Property Managers are qualified to a minimum of AIRPM level, with the majority taking their professional development further by obtaining additional qualifications and degrees in residential property management.

We have worked hard to build our brand and reputation in the industry, this is something we are extremely proud of. We believe our stong reputation isn’t just to the benefit of us, but also the benefit of our clients.

Warwick Estates Property Management Ltd was set up in 2007 with a simple aim: to offer a personalised service to leasehold property owners. This may sound modest but it is sadly lacking throughout the industry due to the ever increasing amount of new properties being built, and the ever increasing demands of the Property Managers employed to look after them.

SinceSince 2007 Warwick Estates has grown vastly in size, from a small company with a handful of clients and employees to a national outfit managing over 300 developments and pushing 75 employees. This is due to the approach we take which has been sewn in to the fabric of the company from day one.

OurOur innovative approach of limiting our Property Managers to 15 developments ensures a high level of customer service and care for every single one of our clients. Other agents in the industry cannot or will not match this approach due to the relatively small profit gains. But Warwick Estates feel a customer based approach is the only way to succeed in the Property Management Industry.

Warwick Estates have enjoyed great success in the seven years to date. Nearly 350 clients have chosen to move the management of their homes to us, literally one per week since incorporation. We have been awarded “Property Manager of the Year” 3 times in a row and most importantly we have changed the way the industry works by focussing on our residents and not our bottom line. This has created a basis for growth in the sector over the next five years.

OurOur growth has led to us establishing a network of offices across England and Wales where we have a database of local contractors ready to offer value for money to all our leaseholders. We can truly say that we offer a local service on a national scale. OurOur bespoke database is the most sophisticated in the industry and this alone offers unprecedented opportunity for growth over the next five years. This system allows all our residents the opportunity to log in and view large amounts of data specific to their account and to the building in which they live. This industry leading software is just another example of the investment in infrastructure that means we are the leading agent in the industry and set up for more growth in the short and medium term. OurOur company continues to go from strength to strength and therefore we fully expect to continue growing over the next 5 years. However we will always stick to the values that have made us so successful to date. Namely putting the leaseholders first and not overworking our Property Managers.
