Place an Individual Order Used to place one order at a time.
Step # Action Screen 1. Ensure the appropriate account
name and number displays on the Dashboard.
2. Select the appropriate order
date.
3. Select the desired calibration time.
4. Select Procedure, Component or Supply. For this example, Procedure is selected. Similar steps are performed for any of the three options.
5. Select the appropriate procedure from the list.

Step # Action Screen 6. Verify the component details
are correct.
7. Select the patient name from
the Patient drop-down list or click the Patient plus sign icon and complete the fields to add a new patient name, then click SAVE.
8. Complete the Weight and Height fields, if required by the procedure.
9. Select the referring physician name from the Referring Physician drop-down list or click the Referring Physician plus sign icon and complete the fields to add a new physician name, then click ADD.

Step # Action Screen 10. Verify the component details

11. Click ADD ORDER.
12. Repeat steps 1-10 as required for adding additional orders.
13. From the dashboard, click SEND ORDERS to submit the order(s) to the pharmacy.

Place a Batch Order Used to place multiple orders at one time.
Step # Action Screen 1. Ensure the appropriate account
name and number displays on the Dashboard.
2. Select the appropriate order
date.
3. Click Batch Order.
4. Select the appropriate procedure from the drop-down list.
5. Type the calibration time into the HH:MM field. Do not type the colon and do use military time (e.g., 7 am is typed as 0700).
6. Type the patient name into the Enter Patient field.
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6, as needed.
8. Click SCHEDULE.
9. From the dashboard, click SEND ORDERS to submit the order(s) to the pharmacy.

Place a Recurring Order Used to place orders that should recur.
Step # Action Screen 1. Ensure the
appropriate account name and number displays on the Dashboard.
2. Select the appropriate order date.
3. Click Configure.
4. Click Recurring Orders.
5. Click the Add Recurring Order plus sign icon to add a new order or select an existing order that you want to make a recurring order. For this example, a new recurring order will be created so the Add Recurring Order plus sign will be clicked.
6. Type the new Recurring Order Name.
7. Click the Component plus sign to add the desired components.

Step # Action Screen 8. Search for and
select the desired Component(s).
9. Click ADD.
10. Type the dosage amount
11. Click in the calibration time field and select the appropriate time from the drop-down list. Use the up and down arrows to scroll through the list.
12. Click Scheduling tab.

Step # Action Screen 13. Click the Repeat
drop-down arrow and select the appropriate default repeat pattern.
14. Click the appropriate Repeat Every day of the week, if any repeat pattern is selected in the prior step.
15. Repeat steps 7 thru 9 if adding Supplies by clicking the the Recurring Order tab and then clicking the Supply plus sign.
16. Click SAVE. Notice that the new recurring order now displays in the list.
17. Click the X icon located in the header to return to the Dashboard.

Pull a Physician Signoff Report Used to create a report showing all calibration orders placed for a specific physician.
Step # Action Screen 1. Click the Reports tab from the
Dashboard.
2. Click Physician Signoff Report.
3. Click the Calibration Date(s) From calendar icon and select the desired calibration date.
4. Click the To date icon and select the desired search end date.
5. Click Create Report.
6. Review the report and then select the next step from the table below:
If you want to: …
Then…
Export the report to Excel
Click the down arrow (Export to Excel) icon.
Print the report
Click the Printer icon.
Run a another Physican report
Click the black CLOSE button and repeat steps 1-5.
Return to the Dashboard
Click the red CLOSE button
Change the criteria and run another Physician Signoff report
Click Reset and repeat steps 1-5.

Pull an Order Search Report Used to create a report showing all calibration orders placed using specific search criteria.
Step # Action Screen 1. Click the Reports tab from the Dashboard.
2. Click Order Search Report
3. Select the next step from the table below:
If you want to:… Then…
Search between the last 7 days and 30 days.
1. Click the Calibration Date(s) drop-down arrow.
2. Select the desired custom range of dates to be searched.
Result: The From and To fields automatically fill with the corresponding dates.
Search From a specific date
1. Click the From calendar icon.
2. Select the desired date.

5. Complete all desired fields to narrow down the search criteria.
6. Click SEARCH.
7. Review the report by scrolling down the page.
8. Select the next step from the table below:

Export the report to Excel
Click the down arrow (Export to Excel) icon.
Print the report Click the Printer icon.
Add columns to the report
Click the Add Columns plus sign.
Change the criteria and run another Order Search report
Scroll to the top of the page, click Reset and repeat steps 1-7.
Exit the reports screen and return to the Dashboard.
Click CLOSE.

Add or Modify a Procedure/Component
Used to add or modify available procedures/components that display for a specific customer.Components must be added first, then attach it to a procedure.
Step # Action Screen 1. Ensure the appropriate account name and
number displays on the Dashboard.
2. Click Configure.
3. Click Components.
4. Click the Add Component plus sign to add a new component or select the component to be modified from the drop down menu.
5. Complete or modify all mandatory information as indicated by the red astrisk (*).
6. Click SAVE.

Schedule a Procedure/Component Used to set up a procedure/component.
Step # Action Screen 1. Ensure the appropriate account name and
number displays on the Dashboard.
2. Click Configure.
3. Click Procedures.
4. Click the Add Procedure plus sign to add a procedure to a component.
5. Type the Procedure Name.

Step # Action Screen 6. Click the Component plus sign and then
select the component(s) you wish to have in the procedure.
7. Click ADD.
8. Update the Dose Amount and Delay Time, if needed.
9. Click Configure.
10. Select the Ordering Physician from the
drop-down list.
11. Select the PO Number and the QS
Volume using the drop-down lists, if needed.

Step # Action Screen 12. Click the Dispense as Written checkbox,
if appliciable.
13. Click the Supply plus sign and select the supplies you wish to have in the procedure and make any desired modifications, then click ADD.
14. Click SAVE.

Modify an Existing Customer/Account Used to modify settings such as email notifications, schedule configurations and time intervals for a customer using Web Ordering.
Step # Action Screen 1. Ensure the appropriate account name
and number displays on the Dashboard.
2. Click My Account.
3. Complete the Communication Preferences section, as appropriate. If Receive Rejected Order Notifications checkbox is clicked, an email address must be provided.
4. Complete the Patient Scheduling Preferences section by clicking and dragging the Start, End and/or Interval in Min buttons, as appropriate.
5. Complete the Purchase Orders
section, as appropriate.
If you want to:… Then…
Add a Purchase Order
Click the add icon (plus sign), type the PO number and click SAVE.
Edit a Purchase Order
Click the edit icon (pencil image), type the changes and click SAVE.
Delete a Purchase Order
Click the delete icon (trashcan), click YES.
6. Click UPDATE to save all changes.
