This invention is ‘COMBUSTION AND STEAM GENERATING SUPPORT APPARATUS OF WASTE HEAT RECOVERY BOILER SYSTEM’. In more details, it makes the combustion air circle and travle into 2nd combustion chamber. It make easier to transfer waste heat by doing this,. From the first combustion chamber, the waste gas with high temperature transfers to 2nd combustion chamber. It recovers waste heat again since the accumulated heat augments the temperature of waste gas and steam generation. So we call this invention as ‘COMBUSTION AND STEAM GENERATING SUPPORT APPARATUS OF WASTE HEAT RECOVERY BOILER SYSTEM’

The invention is about WASTE HEAT RECOVERY BOILER SYSTEM, more detailed, it can dispose of ash from incinerator, and due to dust trapping system it is possible to run for 24 hours, and it can recover waste heat through various compositions, also it is able to cover up to the blind spot of combustion as inflow of Combustion air, so it increases waste heat recovery and burning efficiency.

Scrubber is a series of processes in which a gas is contacted with a liquid to dissolve the soluble components of the gas in the liquid phase.
The basic principle of the scrub to suck the harmful gas and spray the washing water with the spray device.
Packing is used to ensure sufficient gas-liquid contact.
Demister is used to prevent washing water splashing.
The role of the scrubber is not limited to gas absorption. The scrubber is used for various purposes such as distillation,Vaporization, and removal of dust and mist. Page § 19
5. Field of Business(Wet Scrubber)
1. The removal rate for gas, smell, and steam is high and pressure loss is low.
2. In case of particle size 1㎛, the efficiency is 86~99.9%
3. Gas and fume can be processed at the same time
4. The packed bed and spray layer can be multi-stage, maximizing the
efficiency
5. The tower size is relatively small because the flow rate is fast.
6. The gas collections is uniform and the efficiency is high
because there are many holes in packed bed.
7. It is possible to hand even temperature changes such as high and
low temperature, and it is easy to install cooling coil and heater.
8. Initial installation costs are low, but maintenance costs are high.
9. Water and Wastewater treatment are necessary.

5. Field of Business(Wet Scrubber)
1. Noxious gas inlet.2. Scrubbing liquid from recycle pump;
straight pipes : no nozzles, no plugging.3. Liquid swirls with “dentist bowl” effect
and prevents particulates build-up anderosion.
4. Additional recycle liquid for completeliquid coverage in the venturi throat.
5. Collision zone :particles get trapped in the recycle liquid.
6. Pressure drop(gas velocity) in venturithroat determines collection efficiency;at fluctuating gas volumes, a damper inthe throat maintains constant pressuredrop (constant efficiency).
7. Long diverging section promotes extendedcontact of particles and liquid and increasepressure drop regain.
8. The gas / liquid mixture enters the separator spin zone. Liquid (including trapped particulates)is recirculated through the bottom cone to the pump and clean gas is discharged to the top.
9. The liquid reservoir on the bottom prevents wear of the metal surface. The liquid overflowing from the liquid reservoir flows into the scrubber through the duct.

Packed Bed (Packing)This is a place where the noxious gas and the absorbing liquid contact. Since absorbing harmful gas is absorbent liquid, contact area of gas and liquid should be increased for efficient absorption.Packing is a key part of the design for packed tower.
Spary NozzleIn order to effectively remove contaminants, spray nozzle is used for dispersing the liquid on the packed bed.Nozzle injection can expect additional absorption between the packed bedand spray nozzle.
Mist Elimnator (Demister)This is a device that separates the mist passed through packed bed and spray nozzle. At this time, the particles of the mist grow due to the principle of inertia collision on the surface of the device, and particles including the Foreign substance fall down by their own weight.The gas containing the passed gas or the liquid component is exhausted as a clean gas with impurities completely removed.

ITEM PRINCIPLE
CYCLONE
▶ It is a device to collect dust by separating particles from gas by the centrifugal force acting on the particles by swirling motion to particles having relatively large grains and specific gravity.
▶ It is used solely for large particles of dust and exhibits reliable performance.▶ For dust removal of fine particles, it is used as a pretreatment device for a high efficiency
dust collector.
BAG FILTER
▶ Bag filter is the most widely used method of separating dust particles from exhaust gas.▶ The principles is that exhaust gas containing various dust is filtered while passing
through many filters installed side by side.▶ It has 99% efficiency at over 0.5㎛ and considerable efficiency at 0.01㎛
WET SCRUBBER
▶ Wet scrubber is a device that sprays water (water+absorbent) into the incoming pollutantgas to cause the contamination gas and water to react on the surface of the packing, there by absorbing pollutants and discharging clean air into the atmosphere.
▶ The liquid is mainly water, in some cases NaOH is used to neutralize the acidified liquid.▶ In case of particle size 1㎛, the efficiency is 86 ~ 99.9%.
ACTIVATEDCARBON TOWER
▶ Activated Carbon Tower is a device for absorbing various organic gases and odors by physical and chemical methods.
▶ It is based on the principles that the gas powder adheres to the solid surface.▶ With this adsorption phenomenon, even though the concentration of gas, liquid and solid
is extremely low, it can be selectively removed by using certain adsorbent.

F. Secondary Gas Combustion Chamber: A device for removing harmful gas from high-temperature heat generated during waste incineration (combustion).

H. Air-cooled heat exchanger: A device that secondarily cools hot gases and uses the generated heat to dry the waste.
I. Cooling fan: A device that cools the gas using air and dries the waste using hot wind generated.
J. Centrifugal dust collecting facility: A device for collecting primary fine dust (more than 50MICRON)
K. Semi dry reactor : A device that mixes slaked lime and harmful gas.
L. Lime and activated carbon supply device: A device that absorbs pollutants by causing chemical reactions with harmful gases (sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, dioxins, etc.).
M. Bag filter: A device that removes harmful gases (sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, dioxins, fine dusts, etc.) on the filter surface.
N. Wet scrubbing facility: A device that removes harmful gases such as odor, hydrogen chloride, and sulfur oxides that are not removed from the bag filter.
O. Supply air blower: A device that injects high-pressure combustion air into the first and second combustion chambers to completely burn it.
P. Exhaust blower: A device that prevents backflow of flame during combustion and smoothes exhaust.
Q. Chimney: Device for discharging the gas discharged from the wet cleaning facility to the atmosphere
R. Air compressor: A device that transports slaked lime, activated charcoal, and fine dust that sticks in response to the bag filter surface to the reservoir using high-pressure air.
S. Dryer: A device that removes the moisture contained in the compressed air of the compressor.
