HistorianUsing a digital camera, the Historian is responsible taking pictures of each meeting.They will take pictures of competition winners and officers.This person should enjoy taking pictures!

TreasurerThey are responsible for collecting money all year to give to the charity the club chooses.This person needs to be good at counting money and responsible!

SecretaryRead the minutes or notes from the last meetingWrite down what happens at every meeting.Write down the first and last names of the people selected to move on in competitionThis person should be good at taking notes and a great listener.

Vice PresidentIn case the President is absent, the Vice President will run the meeting.The VP will announce when our next meeting is and what we are doing during a meeting.

Nominating and Voting

If you want to run for an office stand when that office is announced. Everyone will put their head down and close their eyes.Everyone gets one vote. Once your vote is cast you may not vote again.You may vote for yourself.
