Step 1: Keyworker

Verify the Pledge card is completed correctly with the donor.

Give the Green copy to the contributor and thank them for their donation.

Complete your weekly report envelope and submit it to your Unit Coordinator.

Receive recognition coins and distribute them to your $150+ donors.

Step 2: Unit Coordinator

Receive report envelopes from Keyworkers. Verify the contents.

Consolidate all pledge cards into one report envelope for the unit

and submit to your CAPO.

Receive recognition coins and distribute to your Keyworkers.

Step 3: CAPO

Receive weekly Report Envelopes from Unit Coordinators and verify the contents.

Enter the unit’s results into the online MANAGE reporting system.

Supply the Unit Coordinator with recognition coins.

Deposit cash and checks to the bank. Submit white copies to the proper finance

office.

Complete the batch envelope, insert all the pink copies and mail it to your

CFC-O Office.
