assignments can be completed in local schools
• ESE program is offered at night to allow for full time employment. Graduates More
Qualified • El Ed and ESE graduates
meet requirements for both ESOL and Reading endorsements within required courses.
• English graduates earn ESOL endorsement and may choose to complete Reading endorsement with additional coursework with program of study.

• Teacher Candidates receive financial support to attend National and State Conferences while enrolled in
the program.

Local practicum and internships help graduates find positions in the district
Graduates from each of Chipola’s programs are granted a Florida Professional Teaching Certificate.
Programs average over a ninety percent hire rate when graduates seek employment the first year.
Over ninety percent of graduates are rehired in a teaching position for a second year.
