Lending Desk: Issuing and Returning of Library Materials

The Library also provides you with a reading area. Make sure that you do not disturb the other students.

The Online Public Access Catalogue indicates whether the library has certain materials. Search by title, author, keywords or subject.

The Library has Reference Materials e.g. Encyclopedias and Dictionaries, for use in the Library. Please do not shelve books. Put them on a trolley.

Newspapers and magazines are also available for leisure reading and to keep you up to date with the news.

A wide variety of library materials such as books, periodicals and videos are available to assist you in writing your assignments, preparing for tests, classroom projects and research. Use them optimally to your

benefit.

You can access the Internet and search the library databases for information relevant to your learning needs. Making a booking is

necessary, as the laboratory is popular with your fellow students and always full.

Training and guidance on how to use the laboratory is provided by the computer laboratory assistants. Feel free to approach them.

The Library also provides you with a photocopying service at a minimal cost per page.

For any material that is not available in the library collection, please consult the Interlending section with Ms Madube at the lending desk of

the library.

Lending and Circulation: Lehlonono is always willing to help library clients.
