Annual featuressuch as the National Honor Society Induction and theOratorical Contest were truly welcome interruptionsto the weekly classroom routine.

Night assemblies enabled parents and the com-munity to share in student acomplishmcnts. TheMoonglowers Band and Orchestra as well as the choralgroups presented programs at night. The "Critters"returned to Scotch Plains to give a two-performanceconcert to sell-out crowds.
