Named Users =the total number ofusers that can log in with their ownaccount.

Concurrent Users = the maximum number of users that could connect at the same time. Same as the maximum size of the VM pool summed across all pools/accounts.

Delivery: RDS-SALs (incl. or BYO?)

RDS-SALs for all named users must be included for cloud deployments UNLESS:

• the partner/reseller/ISV/MSP is sourcing these separately

• the customer is sourcing these separately (e.g. has RDS-CALs and License Mobility)

If RDS-SALs are provided through Nutanix, the numbermust:

• Match the number of Frame Named Users

• Be greater than the number of Frame Concurrent Users (typically 2X or more)

For on-premises workloads, customers are responsibleor purchasing Client Access Licenses (RDS-CAL)
