Definition: A heated enclosure in which fowl are raised

.

The gas brooder is a rectangular brooder that achieves a temperature of 33ºC

It should be used with a high pressure regulator.

All parts are in stainless steel

Requires no filters .

GAS BROODER

Economical in comparison with conventional brooding system

Affordable price to even small farmers

Can be installed & operated easily by any average operator

All time uniform temperature

Easy Maintenance

Heating capacity600 chicks

Installation : 117cm from ground level

Application : From 1 to 21 day old chicks

Box Brooders:box brooders are designed to eliminate stress in young birds by providing:

plenty of heat

fresh air

light

feed and water space sanitary conditions for a confined area. The clear plastic front panel allows full and easy viewing of the brooder's interior.

Portable: Take this brooder anywhere.

Digital Thermometer: that measures air temperature within the brooder.

Liquid Crystal Thermometer:

measures water temperature.

*Water Brooder:

Setup. 1. Add about 2 Inches of warm water (80 to 90 degrees F). 2. Plug in and adjust water temperature as needed typically in the 85-94 degree range.

3. Temperature within the top of the brooder can be controlled by covering top of brooder but never totally cover so air may move. 4. Monitor your birds closely whenever you add new birds. If the temperature is too high birds will be gasping for cooler air.

Water Brooder:

You can save around $100 each by making these instead of purchasing commercial brooders

*Radiant Brooders:

Sun is an example of a radiant heater. It radiates infared heat waves through space until these rays strike an object, such as the planet Earth. The Earth is warmed by the sun's infrared waves. The warmed Earth then gives off heat to heat the air. This brooder works on the same principal. It warms objects under it and the object gives off heat to warm the air. The sensor is suspended below the unit near the chicks to "feel". This unit will warm approx; in northern states 240 chicks, and in southern states 360 chicks,

More economical because it saves energy.

Infra red globe:This electric powered 175 watt infra-red globe is the most cost-effective brooding system available and is very easy to install with its screw type baton.

175 WATT LAMP &LAMP HOLDER

Heating capacity :100 chicksInstallation :60cm from ground and 1 meter apartApplication :From 1 to 21 day old chicksPackaging : 1 per box

Red can:

Housing for 175 watt infra-red globe it concentrates the heat protects and increases the lamps life span. Ventilated to prevent overheating.

Heating capacity :100 chicks

Installation :60cm from ground and 1 meter apart

Application :From 1 to 21 day old chicks

The electric lamp brooder

Involves a minimum use of metals needed for war purposes.

Heating capacity:

Accommodates 150 to 250 chicks when made 4 by 4 feet or 250 to 300 chicks when made 4 by 6 feet.

Is operated on the basis of the behavior of and comfort of the chicks

Has a wide range of heat supply

for special brooding requirements throughout the year.

Requires no curtains during usual brooding conditions.

The main objective in brooding chicks is to efficiently and economically provide: comfortable, healthy environment for growing birds.

Temperature, air quality, humidity and light are critical factors to consider.

Improve reduced growth ,development. And poorer feed conversion

And increases profitability.
