What is bullying?

It’s intimidating or harassing someone simply

because of their differences whether it’s physically, mentally spiritually

Definition

Bullies tend to bully people

to feel better about themselves, feel superior, they have low self-esteem or they have been bullied before.

Why?

What are the types of bullying?

From simple assault to homicide, including

armed robbery, physical violence can take many forms when an aggressor intentionally resorts to violence to intimidate or restrain a victim. Suicide also falls into that category.

PHYSICAL

Abuse is defined as improper or excessive use

of a privilege. Verbal abuse is the excessive use of language to undermine someone's dignity and security through insults or humiliation, in a sudden or repeated manner.

VERBAL

"Cyberbullying" is when a child, preteen or teen is

tormented, threatened, harassed, humiliated, embarrassed or otherwise targeted by another child, preteen or teen using the Internet, interactive and digital technologies or mobile phones. It has to have a minor on both sides, or at least have been instigated by a minor against another minor. Once adults become involved, it is plain and simple cyber-harassment or cyber stalking. Adult cyber-harassment or cyber stalking is NEVER called cyber bullying.
