2. Internal derangements of the knee (IDK)
It is a term used to cover a group of disorders involving
disruption of the normal functioning of the ligaments or cartilages
(menisci) of the knee joint.

Inside the knee are two major ligaments-anterior & posterior
cruciate ligaments
