Listening is the key

to successful

dialogic

communication.

Without one party

listening, its

impossible to

communicate.

There should be no hierarchical structure in this practice. In other words, one person should not dominate a conversation or choose not to listen based on their position or status; all members should be encouraged to interact.

A conversation should be much like a puzzle- it takes at least two pieces to equally work together in order to achieve the desired result.
