Course

• 6 weeks course 2 pilots ran• 3 weeks in Timothy Hackworth Primary/ Tudhoe

nursery• 3 museums, Preston Hall, Shildon Locomotion,

Hartlepool Maritime Museum• 3 stories read to the child and given to the dad

to take home• Activities made and taken home every week:

racing game, skittles and bean bag scoring.

• 14 males and their children in Peterlee

• 6 week course

• 3 sessions delivered by sure start

• 1 session by museum (big games)

• 1 session by SAFC (football for preschool)

• 1 visit to Dorman museum.

• Group still running on a Sunday morning

Women only

• 6 week course for targeted young mums

• 3 alternative weeks in Shildon sure start

• 1 week Preston Hall museum

• 1 week Dorman Museum

• 1 week DLI
