Coordination of HFC event logistics

Subcommittee Tasks:

Preparation, configuration, and shutdown of event day facilities

Ordering, delivery, and arrangement of event food & beverages

Organization and direction of event transportation

HFC MARKETING & PR

Driving public conversation, highlighting upcoming events, and managing organization reputation

Subcommittee Tasks:

Development and distribution of HFC Promotional Material

Conceptualization of creative marketing strategies and solutions

Active engagement with HFC members and community during events and exposition booths

HFC CORPORATE &

ALUMNI RELATIONS

Initiating, developing, and maintaining corporate and alumni partners in effort to secure commitments to provide professional expertise and support to HFC functions

Subcommittee Tasks:

Active outreach to potential partners via email, over the phone, and face-to-face meetings

Construction and maintenance of partner database

Assistance in development of outreach strategy

HFC FINANCE

Generating club revenue, allocating resources to greatest potential return, and maintaining financial transparency

Subcommittee Tasks:

Collection and transfer of member/event fees

Preparation of HFC ongoing and special project budgets

Crafting of creative fundraising opportunities
