How to CLEAR your bill

Please click on this slide show for instructions on processing your

student bill.

Choose your term (Fall 2016)

Review your charges and Financial Aid

Click on “+” next to Health Insurance to waive

Check the “Waive Health Insurance Fee” box; Provide information and click “Apply Changes”

Click on “+” to add Dragon Dollars and/or waive the Alumni Fee

Additional Financial Aid not shown here may be added. (Check with your Financial Aid counselor.) You may also decline loans here.

If paying with a 529 Plan, indicate here. Make sure you print the bill out after processing and mail it to Student Accounts with proof of withdrawal.

After clicking “continue” you will have chance to review your adjustments and sign up for the 3-Part Installment Plan (only $22.50 per semester.)

You must accept the “Charges and Acceptance” Statement to “clear” your bill.

Select “Print Bill” if you need to mail it with payment or documentation. Otherwise, click “Pay Bill,” and a new payment window will open.
