According to Melissa Johnston, “I’ve never been a proponent of the theory that education should be a dog and pony show aimed at keeping students entertained and amused every second of the class period. However, technology integration, like other good teaching techniques, actively engages students in the learning process.”

The eight keys to success that allow teachers to successfully integrate technology into the curriculum are

basic but rather hard to accomplish. They require planning and commitment, as well as time and money but they are great to have in mind and put into practice for the future use of my

future students.

ConclusionConclusion

The use of technology in a classroom setting not only benefits teachers and students but it also has great effects; it prepares students for the future. It requires planning and commitment,

time and money but the effects are what makes the use of technology in a classroom setting a good one.
