group.

Students are enjoying their time on the computer. Here they are able to visit the literacy links on the portal. One of their favorite links is BrainBop Jr. where they are able to learn a lot from Moby!

Second Graders are working hard to make book predictions and provide evidence for their thinking.

One way for students to enjoy a piece of literature is by listening to a book on tape. When they finish, they have an opportunity to use the “question cube” to discuss their thoughts about what they listened to.

Students enjoy the opportunity to get lost in the adventures of the

stories they are reading during one of their rotation stations.

As a way of promoting social interactions amongst their peers, a group of children decided to work together to complete the desert habitat

puzzle.

A job 99% done. We soon realized our puzzle was in fact missing the last piece to make it complete!
