Introduction
M ployability powerment
M2 is a product for engineering colleges to achieve 100% placement for their students.
Endorphin helps colleges create the best trail by working with them and jointly achieving this
target.
We often find that a large majority of students who clear university exams to become
engineers are hardly employable. This happens due to multiple factors including the systemic
problems. Various bodies, organizations and companies have placed employability of Indian
engineers from about 15% to about 25%. Other graduates are reported to be employable to
an extent of about 10%. This article could be a good read regarding this –

This is a grim picture and various organizations and companies are trying to play their part in
the whole scenario. Endorphin, as an active contributor in the field of Human Potential
Appreciation, decided to contribute to this need by a fresh approach to learning by employing
scientific and psychological ways of efficient learning.
Method of Teaching:
Details With above steps, there will be overall grooming of a student. By and large, M2 is a combination of our
language program CogniSpeech, Aptitude training program CogniLogix and Soft Skills program
CogniConduct. All these programs are based on psychological techniques of accelerated learning. Please
refer details of relevant programs for finer details of the trainings.
Schedule of Teaching Endorphin understands that core employability learning can only be achieved by consistent and long
duration of educational contact. Hence, we designed a consistent and phase-wise learning of all
essential skills which are fundamental for employability and are delivered throughout the course of
engineering i.e. through four years.
Step 1
•Complete personality profiling of a student for mind, skills and competencies.
Step 2 •General industry awareness
Step 3 • Individual Career Goal setting in line with personal profile
Step 4
•Competency mapping with aspired job roles and gap analysis
Step 5
•Uniform common teaching for essential part of Language, Aptitude & Soft skills
Step 6 •Personalized learning for each individual
This makes learning light and deep. Please see the schedule mentioned below which also includes
content.

Other technology gaps are bridged through sessions other than those mentioned above. These
technologies are chosen as per the trends in the industry and may include Java/ Testing/ Network
technologies; Construction Technologies; Mechatronics for Electronics and Mechanical; Current
Practices & Standards in Electricals. Exposure to various compliance requirements may also be given.
Trainers All the trainers delivering learning are identified trained & assessed by Endorphin for their skills,
knowledge and delivery methods. Through training, they understand ‘mind’ aspect of human
performance. These trainers are regularly oriented for effectiveness by students’, teachers’ and peers’
feedback. Usually, the trainers are consistent for each phase of the batch and throughout the course.
Employment Assistance At the end of the program, Endorphin will arrange student’s interviews with companies for employment.
It will employ all willing and able candidates. Able here means they should have cleared all the
parameters set at the beginning of the course and amended through it. These parameters are set
according to the requirements given by companies who are our employers. Students are oriented from
time to time on this aspect and also given brief about how to manage their careers in the wake of
concurrent economic scenario.
Arrangement This is an arrangement of understanding between Endorphin and a specific college for integration of
efforts for the achievement of a common goal. Endorphin will take responsibility only on the turn key
basis and not for selective students. Allotment of time for the delivery of the above mentioned topics
will be responsibility of the college. Endorphin may assess conditions, practices, profiles, facilities and/
or cultural factors before entering the understanding. All the tools as per requirement of the program
must be installed in the college computer lab which may have separate costs.
