The Constitution

This is the Spanish political organisation. It was approved in 1978.

The four basic concepts are: liberty, justice, equality and political pluralism.

It has 3 powers:

The Executive body: Council of Ministers and the President.

The Legislative body: Congreso de los Diputados.

The Judiciary: Tribunal Supremo, Audiencia Nacional and other courts.

The autonomous communities are divided into 50 provinces.

The Community of Madrid

It is the capital of the country.

There are many town councils in Madrid.
