DESCRIPTION
Students in the First Grade at North Trail Elementary in the Farmington Area Public Schools have a "Grand Day" when their grandparents visit the school. This event, held on Friday, April 27 at the school, included a musical and dancing performance to remember, personal tours of the classroom and the school an enjoyable school lunch.

Honored guest were greeted in style! Students prepared a special “flower” for them to wear!
Then it was on to the gym for the show. Students sang songs and danced. (Watch the video at the end of the slides for an example.)
Grandparents came ready to record the action.
The classroom area was another great spot to make a memory!
A tour of the classroom was a highlight of the event.
Then it was on to the lunchroom!
North Trail Principal Dr. Steven Geis is shown with Lynn and Cindy Wattier along with Grandaughter Emily. The Wattier’s traveled the furthest by car for the event (Omaha, Nebraska - 386.6 miles)
