• I added a background colour

• I added white to the background

I highlighted toms skin

I used colour balance to give his skin more of a tanned look

I used curve to make his guitar more colourful/vibrant

• I cut the background behind the image off

• I inserted a strap line using the rectangle tool

• I added text and enlarged the image

• I added a masthead and applied the stroke effect to it.

• I added text where the words ‘TOP’ and ‘2013’ had the inner shadow effect

• I added a transparent rectangle shape

• I added text and used the stroke effect on ‘Tommy P’

• I added 4 different coloured rectangle shapes and also text

• I added more text to the right hand side of the cover
