DisadvantagesDisadvantagesChildren are sent to nurseries.Birth rate has decreased.Mothers older than thirty have increased.Women, as well as working out of home, must do all the housework.Combine working timetables with home duties and childrencare.“The quota” represents a devaluation of women’s capacity and ability.
ConclusionConclusionIn conclusion, in spite of the fact that they have progressed as regards equal opportunities in rights between both sexes, there is still so much to do such as men’s full integration in housework, equal salary despite the sex, women´s incorporation to high responsibility posts and the taking of decisions.
