It is a system in the body that controls the occurrence of natural

processes (such as waking, sleeping, and aging)

In the puberty stage, the teenager’s internal clock changes and they have

sleeping problems.

Most of the teens need 9 hours of sleep but few can succeed in that much.

There are some reasons for that like:early morning classes, homework, use of computers, extra curricularactivities and social demands.

And the sleep deprication can have many serious consequences like narcolepsy, eating disorders, behavioral problems, skin problems, depression...
