Why use SlideShare?

SlideShare is a great way to view hundreds of educational topics at the convenience of the user.

Slide presentations give users the convenience of taking their time to view slides before jumping to the next topic

Why not just post a video of the presentation to a site like YouTube?

SlideShare is more of an educational site used by students, employees of an organization etc. where as Youtube is more of a site based around entertainment, or “how to” videos.

It is also more difficult to convert a slide show into video format.
