passwords is not recommended

• If you must log out before you complete the assessment the system will save the answers you have already selected.

• Only the District, Campus, and Help Desk Administrators can see user names.

• Your scores on the Teacher Survey are confidential; you can print your survey if you would like to have a copy for your records.

• The STaR Chart survey will assist our district in making plans for future technology plans and staff development.

Principals…

will not see individual scores.

will see an average of all teacher scores on their campus.

will use the campus average to assist with the completion of the Campus STaR Chart.

will complete the Campus STaR Chart by January 6, 2014.

Staff Take Aways

Certified Instructional Staff User Names available from the Campus Share Drive on

November 25, 2013. Teachers may not log in

before that date.

Teacher STaR Chart Step Set available on November

25, 2013 in the Campus Share Drive.

Certified Instructional Staff must complete STaR Chart on or BEFORE December

18, 2013.

Campus Principals must complete Campus STaR

Chart by January 6, 2014.

What do I do if I don’t remember my password?

Question: I am a new teacher with no password or, I have moved to

a different campus or district. How do I log in?

Obtain your “username” from the STaR Chart log-ins sheet found in the campus share drive.

Log in with that username and the temporary password of “password” at the STaR Chart website: www.tea.state.tx.us/starchart
