Thanksgiving Rhymes

THANK YOU FOR INVITING US

Thank you for inviting usTo your Thanksgiving dinner.A day spent in your company

Is invariably a winner Thank you for the time you spent

Preparing all the food;For making us feel welcome,

You have our gratitude!

Thanksgiving Thoughts

Mom is in the kitchen,And when I take a look,I'm glad I'm not a turkey

That's she's about to cook! A Child's Thanksgiving Thanks

I'm thankful for the many thingsThat help us live as well as kings,

For all the food that makes us drool,

And another holiday from school.

To Gramma's House

To Gramma's house we go,Heigh ho, heigh ho, heigh ho!We're on our way with horse and sleigh,Through fluffy drifts of snow.

Oh, what a trip to take.She'll have a chocolate cake.There'll be some pies, of monstrous size,And chestnuts we can bake

To Gramma's house we go,Heigh ho, heigh ho, heigh ho!What lovely things Thanksgiving brings;The nicest things we know!

Countdown To Thanksgiving

One two three,A turkey in a tree;

Four five six,That turkey's in a fix;

Seven eight nine,It always tastes so fine;

When we get to tenIt's Thanksgiving once again.
