oldest river valley inhabited areas , dates going back to 3000BC .

The NILE VALLEY CIVILIZATION started at the time oh the NEOLITHIC REVOLUTION. It started at the most northern peak of the nile.

Since the NILE RIVER flooded every year from July to November ,it would wash away all the trash and provide richer soil for them to use.

EGYPT was united under one central

government.

Egyptians believed the king, or PHARAOH was a god.

This helped keep order because people were more inclined to obey the king if he was a GOD. Religious myths reinforced this belief.

The government was strictly centralized and controlled the resources of the state>
