- Issue: Signing In/Out of the Parent Central Services’ office.
- Response: It is imperative that all of our patrons sign into the building for safety purposes and to ensure that we are providing quality Customer Service in a timely manner.
- Issue: Rescheduling make-up Music Classes with the instructors instead of the SKIES program Director.
- Response: Patron was informed that all make-up music classes can be scheduled directly with the instructor. This procedure will be emphasized when patron register for future classes.
- Issue: Sign not posted for Training Holiday Closure.
- Response: Reminders will be posted in advance for all future Training Holiday Closures.

March is Red Cross Month, first proclaimed in 1943 by President Franklin D. Roosevelt. Since that time, every president, including President Obama, has designated March as Red Cross Month. The American Red Cross is synonymous with helping people, and has been doing so for more than 130 years.
