Our Morning Routine
Morning locker and restroom time is 7:45-8:00 a.m. ALL lockers are closed at 8:00 a.m. sharp.
You are expected to be in your desk by 8:00 a.m.
In 7th grade, 8:00-8:15 a.m. is designated Sustained Silent Reading. I require all of my students to read their AR novels silently during this time.
Over the course of 1 week, you have 1 hour and 15 minutes of AR reading time built into your schedule during homeroom. Use this to your advantage! You are busy people!
THE TEMPERATURE IN THIS CLASSROOM IS UNPREDICTABLE AND HAS BEEN
KNOWN TO BE QUITE COLD.
PLEASE BE PREPARED WITH A SOLID NAVY BLUE, WHITE, OR BLACK SWEATER OR
SWEATSHIRT WITH NO HOOD.
JACKETS, COATS, AND HOODIES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE CLASSROOM.
