Jinn (n.)meaningany of a class of spirits, lower than the angels, capable of appearing in human and animal forms and influencing humankind for either good or evil.

Allah says:"Indeed We created man from

dried clay of black smooth mud “

" And We created the Jinnbefore that from

the smokeless flame of fire"

(Surah Al-Hijr 15:26-27)

The purpose of God….

Existence

- beings created with free will

- Jinn is from the verb 'Janna‘

which means to hide or conceal

• Allah has given them these powers

as a test for them.

Abilities

• Able to posses & take over the minds and bodies that they like

• appear as humans, animals, trees and anything else

• trying to scare and confuse you!

• They can see us but we can’t see them

Purpose of them

Jinn hope to make people worship others besides Allah.

• They whisper to do bad thing

• Fortune telling

Like the devil, when he says to the human being, “Disbelieve.” But

when he has disbelieved, he says, “I am innocent of you; I fear God,

the Lord of the Worlds.”
