SPIROWASH® HI IMPACT When removing high levels of organic materials from screenings is the objective, our SPIROWASH HIGH IMPACT is the most appropriate choice.

An important design feature of this unit is the addition of a wash-box (incorporating our unique high-speed non-rag-balling impellor design), which is able to dislodge as much as 95% of organic material from the final discharged product.

Free Industry Leading Equipment Inspection

Free of Charge, non-intrusive equipment inspection•A SPIRAC Site Engineer will visit site 12 months after commissioning to inspect and report on the current condition of equipment supplied by SPIRAC. As part of the inspection SPIRAC will compile a site report to give a general overview of the equipment, including observations and recommendations on how to improve performance. This site visit also provides a good opportunity for the site operator to ask SPIRAC any questions or discuss any issues.

Spare Parts & After Market ServiceWhat Does SPIRAC Have To Offer?•SPIRAC PARTS: Full range of spare parts for all delivered SPIRAC equipment•SPIRALS: Replace shaftless spirals for all manufacturer’s conveyors with a SPIRAC manufactured spiral.•LINER: Replacement of worn liner with SPIRAC’s long lasting, specially formulated, two colour liner to provide long life or for those special applications.•DRIVE SHAFT:  Replacement drive shafts to suit any reducer and shaftless conveyor manufacture.•CONVERSIONS: Convert that worn and maintenance prone shafted conveyor to a state of the art SPIRAC shaftless spiral conveyor.  Eliminate intermediate and end bearings, save drive space, eliminate belt drives and minimize stocked spares.
