Primary purpose of bill was to extend the High-Priority Subsurface Installation concept to all utilities with underground facilities, not just gas utilities.

Effective date – July 1, 2014

The Sunshine 811 Board of Directors approved

development of a Damage Data Collection Form

for use in Florida. It is a streamlined version of

DIRT. When completed users will be able to report

damages with an online form. Communications is

key to success. Please send our communications

to your constituents.
