PurposeTutorial on how to download and open

the DVD listings on the online Learning Resource Center Website

Requirements/Equipment

Computer

Online Access

Excel (The Software)

Must know how to access the web

Enough memory on computer to download the document

Dangers/Beware

Be aware of what you are downloading

Make sure it is the right document

Mozilla Firefox Or Internet Explorer

Double click on your internet icon

URL Address Bar

Go up to URL address bar and type in:

http://www.tstc.edu

Click on location of the

school (TSTC Harlingen)

It’s located on the upper right side of the website

Find drop down box named quick links and click on

library

Click on DVD’s

It’s located on the left side of the website

Click where it says click

“here”

Download The Document

Save downloaded document to desired location

Double click downloaded document of DVD listings

Excel Program will open

up the document

You can now view the DVD listings

Congratulations for downloading and viewing the DVD listings. Now that you have the document, you can now print it out to view in actual paper and print. Once you have decided on which DVD you’d like to view, just head over the the TSTC library and ask to check it

out!
